Depending on the incident clinical, medical will follow up. Addendums are created to add new information or correct information.

Password protect all attachments and send the ORR UC universal acceptance password by separate email. Do not include PII in the name of the attached documents.

We use feedback to better our resources and better help other minors when it is their turn to reunify.
