Agreement and understanding of a shared vision, priorities, strategies, goals, tactics and willingness to carry out the work.

A document describing your theory of change, strategy, tactics to carry out your strategy, and timeline in order to achieve your goal. This plan includes organizing, communications, lobbying, and other organizational resources at your disposal.

Strategies that mitigate climate change, rectify racial and economic injustices, and thereby create the political will needed to propel the transition to clean energy.

What is climate equity?

Economic elites divide the working class by stoking racial resentment, so the working class cannot achieve economic justice. We need to tell a story naming who is actually responsible for economic injustice, their tactics, and how they are holding us back from collective power. We can then build a multi-racial coalition and achieve racial and economic justice.

The process of conducting outreach to community members, listening to their concerns, establishing trust and meaningful connections, bringing them into a shared cause, and creating a foundation for future action.
