Two excused absences before a make-up is required (third absence-must equal hours missed)
How many days do you have to log your hours after providing services?
Within 7 days-or you will not be able to count these hours!
Who evaluates your professional skills, and how often?
Your primary supervisor, at midterms and finals

Who provides transportation to your clinical site?
You-if you choose to limit participation at a clinic site due to transportation availability/mileage concerns/travel time/etc., you may delay your graduation.

Student is responsible for arranging "make-up" clinical time with their supervisor.
Should pediatric and adult clients be logged in the same case log?
No-always log adults and pediatrics separately

● Completing simulations via Simucase that pertain to current caseload

Total minutes for the day must be divided into specific diagnostic and treatment information (or these will be considered inaccurate and could delay graduation).
