A nurse washes their hands greet the patient, talk to the patient will sitting down about their pain and their illness and explain the steps and about the producer they are going to do. They start the aseptic producer and when doing the aseptic producer they made sure their patient is relaxed and explains every step when doing the producer to the patient. A patient is in airborne precautions, a nurse puts on the gown, N95 mask, protective eyewear and gloves. A nurse goes into the patient room and greets the patient, sits down, gets an update from the patient about their illness,  then check the IV and vitals. Make sure the patient is comfortable and leave the room. Once out of the room the nurse removes eye protection, N95 mask washes perform hand hygiene then take off the gown and gloves at then perform hand hygiene. What did the nurse do wrong? 
When using PPE their is a correct way to take order for taking off the PPE- the correct order it is remove gloves, gown, perform hand hygiene, remove eye protection, remove N95 mask, perform hand hygiene.
