Yes! Always be nice to animals! If you can't be very nice to animals then you should not have a job working with them.
Is working on a farm hard work?
Yes! You will work hard all day doing things like taking care of plants and animals.
Where do plants come from?

Seeds.
If your car breaks down, you can bring it to me to get fixed. I have a lot of tools and can do things like change tires, replace parts, and fix engines.

Will I get dirty working on a farm?
Definitely. You are going to get dirty for sure. This is not a job for you if you like to stay clean.
Will I get dirty working in a plant nursery?
Probably. You'll be working with soil and things that are dirty including tools.

It can be different because each business has different rules. Usually it is a company shirt, pants, boots, hat, and maybe sunglasses or dark safety glasses.

Answers can vary-ants, flannel shirts, boots, hat, etc.

I work in a place that has a lot of animals that people can come to see. I take care of animals like pandas, birds, and even lions. I help feed the animal and make sure that it gets any medical help that it needs.

What is a weed eater?
A machine that has a spinning cord. It cuts grass and weeds where a mower wouldn't work. Some people call it a weed wacker.
Do I have to have training before become a groomer at PetSmart?
Yes! You must train for 1 year before getting the job. It is paid training.
What are the two main things that farmers raise?

Do I need experience to work in a plant nursery?
Probably not, but every business is different. If you wanted some experience you could learn more by reading and practicing at home.
I play music for special events like restaurants and parties. I bring my own music and sound equipment (speakers) and when I play music the guests will often dance.

Small businesses! Most are run by entrepreneurs-people that start their own businesses. Many people learn how to landscape and then start their own company!
What would you call a place that you can take your dog to if you go on vacation.
An animal kennel. They will watch and take care of your dog while you are away. This is a job that you can get working with animals.
Why is farming important?
Because most of the food that we eat comes from a farm! Farmers feed the world.
What is a greenhouse?
A greenhouse is a special building that allows sun to shine through so that the light and warmth can help the plants grow. It has plastic or glass walls and a ceiling.
I work at a bank. When you need to cash a check or do something else with your money, you can see me behind the counter when you walk in or in the drive thru if you are driving.
