Any 3 of the following: Clothing that promotes negative messages are not permitted. This includes info related to drugs, alcohol, tobacco/nicotine products, gangs, weapons, obscenities, put downs, negative stereotypes, sexual innuendos, and offensive words or graphics.

False. It does matter what juice is in the device. It still considered a nicotine product and will result in an automatic 3-5 day suspension with possible referral to law enforcement.
