We can see that the Mortgagee is the payor and thus request you to get in touch with the Mortgagee. If you are looking to change the payor, I'll be happy to assist you.
Can I suspend my Auto Pay?
1) You can request to suspend the upcoming payment scheduled using the below steps.
2) Then within 7 days of the due date, please make the payment to avoid the cancellation. The suspension is only valid for one cycle and from next month the Auto Pay will continue.
3) Please make the payment manually using echeck method only or else the Auto Pay will be auto removed along with the discount associated if any, in case you use credit/debit card. Once placed the request for the suspension it cannot be reversed.
You should be able to do it yourself via the My Account/Allstate Mobile App in the Payment Center. You will need to click Edit Auto Pay like you are going to make a payment and you should see an option to suspend the payment online.
