Answers will vary - She was the first to design clothing for both comfort and style. She insisted that women should be confident with what they wear. Ms. Chanel had a great skill of communicating because her brand is still online with her original vision. She had a solid sense of self, which is an important trait to have as a leader. Coco Chanel is a good leader because of her work; she has touched and inspired so many people. She thought outside of the box and followed her beliefs. She led a revolution that is still in motion today. Maison Chanel is still at the front line of fashion and many people still look up to the brand for inspiration. Ms. Chanel’s determination is inspirational to many, especially women today She had dignity and enormous courage that drove her to sticking to her core values and beliefs no matter what challenges she faced. She knew herself well and remained true to herself in all circumstances. She never tried to blend in for comfort; rather she pushed and allowed herself to be challenged beyond her comfort zone.
