The first form of aid will be in the form of loans. There are some scholarships available once you are a current student. There are also graduate assistantships. If you are a DePaul alum you are eligible for the double demon scholarship.

We suggest you write a statement explaining any circumstances that might have affected your GPA. this should be separate from your personal statement. You also want to make sure the rest of your application is strong.

You must contact the department you are applying to and inquire about the application process. Applications are usually available in Feb. and close in April.

I know the GRE is required for the PRAD program. But can it be waived?
to have GRE waived, the student must have 3-5 years of professional experience in or related to the communication field. After applying, they must email a request to waive the GRE and at least send their resume for the faculty to consider waiving the GRE. GMAT is also accepted.

What qualifies me for the CMN graduate award? How much is the award?
To qualify you need to fill out the FAFSA form. You will receive $525 toward each 4 credit hour class. The award amount to $6300 for a course program and $6825 for the 13 courses programs.
