Intro to DCAS

What is the Homepage?

This section, below the Person Record that displays the customers account information is called this
What is the Global Case Information Page?
You must take care of this first when case processing
What are Issues?
You go here to view the evidence of the entire household
What is the Income Support?
When a customer has a job, the earned income and what other evidence is present
What is the paid employment?
This case type holds the customers PII, such as address, phone numbers, date of birth, etc.
What is the Person Record?
This is an acronym used to input the customers information into the DCAS system
What is the IEG script?
If you have a shelter or utility cost, this must be accompanied with it
What is the contributor?
What case type displays the pay out amount for the customer
What is the PDC?
What needs to be checked off when updating an address and you want that particular address to be primary
What is the preferred box?
You select this toggle next to the avatar on the right side of the Homepage and select which option to completely exit out of the system
What is Logout?
This section of the IEG Script is where we enter the TANF Funded Brochure
What is the Benefits section?
When you take care of your Evidence in Edit, what must be completed in the ellipses
What is Apply changes?
This evidence field is where you can view the customers amount of pay they recieve
What is the Earned Income field?
When a customer has a job what type of income do customers typically have

This is the last thing that must be entered on the behalf of the customer in the IEG script

The last name, first initial and what word is an actual type of evidence
