Major

Also called a concentration, an academic major is a college students main field of study while they are getting their undergraduate degree.

Financial Aid

Help to pay for school.  There are grants (you don't have to pay back) Loans (you pay back with interest) and scholarships (You do not have to pay back)

A social club for females

A minor is a "mini major" a group of classes on one subject that is around 15-30 credits worth of courses.

College Id Card

This card will typically be an ATM card that you get money from any left over student loans on and will also grant access to building, help you check out books at the library, and you scan it to eat lunch.  DO NOT LOSE IT.  There is always a fee if you do!

A dorm room is where college students live.  It is short for dormitory.  College students often live in dorm rooms with roommates.
