Pull up the college ave refi spreadsheet after the sys ops team member has posted it to the #loan-ops channel. Then, search for the ext ID. Take the tier and enter it into the Matrix spreadsheet. Check loan product the user selected on the sub page and to view the rate shown on the spreadsheet.
