College Vocabulary
This is a document or series of documents you must complete to see if you will be accepted into a college.
What is a college "application?"
If you learned how to use science and technology to build machines, engines, and other structures, then you studied this.
What is Engineering?
True or False: As an Illinois resident, if you choose to attend the University of Iowa, your tuition cost will be higher than a student who is an Iowa resident.

This program is work-based training
What is an apprenticeship?
The name of the form you need to complete for financial aid for college
What is FAFSA?
This is a building/residence or place where students can live when they go to college.
What are college "dorms?"
If you complete this program, you could design apps for the iPhone or Galaxy 6
What is Computer Programming?
The number of years it traditionally takes to complete a Bachelor's degree
What is four years?
If you performed in plays and studied how to act then your college major was this.
What is Theater?
True or False? CPS requires that you attend a college or university to receive your bachelor's degree after high school
