Calling names, lying, hitting and kicking others, stealing, yelling and screaming, blaming, bullying, ignoring.

Hitting and kicking, throwing things, yelling and screaming at someone, using drugs, hurting yourself, being on video games too long, not talking, isolating, sleeping to avoid the problem.
What is a Safety plan?
A card that you carry with you that has 5 coping skills you can do in the moment to stay safe.
