Who is El Hombre Caimán (The Alligator Man)? 

The Alligator man is a Colombian creature of legend, who liked to spy on women bathing in the Magdalena River. The alligator man (Montenegro) was so obsessed with watching these women bathe that he found a witch and request that she make him a potion that could turn him into an alligator allowing him to watch the unsuspecting women, and a potion to turn him back to being a human. One day when He went out to do his daily perving the person who was meant to give him the restoration potion dropped it spilling a little on his snout. This resulted in him transforming into a half human half alligator monster who is still hunted to this day.
