What agencies are we required report allegations of ANE to and within what time frame?

We must report all allegations to Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services(KDADS) with in 2 hours if serious bodily injury occurred and with in 24 hours if it did not cause serious bodily injury.  If the allegation could rise to the level of a crime we must report to local law enforcement within 2 hours.
