What is engagement? How do you track this?
Engagement is the number of interactions for your position. Set a timer for 1 minute, track how many people you directly interacted with, multiply by 60 for the hour, and do this each hour. Add the final number for your total engagement.

What is impression and how do you calculate it?

Can I wear whatever I want when working as Mascot?
No, you must wear your Lottery branded shirts even if it might not be seen underneath the Mascot suite. Often times the client will be onsite and you'll need to look presentable and act professional when working closely with them.
