Commerce clients will also need to answer the Financial Regulatory questions and follow the same workflow set for Financial Institutions. Please provide the steps needed:

1. Manually check if this was done for Commerce clients. 

2. Change the BOA to ‘In-progress’, then ask the client to log back into the portal and complete the Financial Regulatory questions.
3. Ensure we review the AML/KYC questions if the entity is indicated as regulated (similar to a Financial Institution).
