Who is the RHD?
RAs also mentioned that the following things were helpful: entering conversations into SharePoint, sample questions, hearing from other RAs, having experience as an RA (being a returner, having programming experience), the calendar, reading the guides, training about purpose, and training hard skills. A few RAs mentioned that they did not feel like training on how to have conversations was necessary because that is a skill everyone should have.
