What is homemaker?
This service is eligible for members transitioning from an institutional setting to a home and community-based setting and provides coordination and coverage of a one-time, non-recurring, expense to establish a basic household.
What is transition set up services?
This new waiver for children encompasses the previous CHCBS waiver members and CLLI waiver members.
What is Children with Complex Health Needs (CwCHN) waiver?
If a member is newly enrolling into CDASS or IHSS, refer the member to his agency for member orientation.
