What is PEO primary objectives

- For people newly arrived in Canada who have overseas engineering degrees and work experience - Not a P.Eng - Meet all requirements of the P.Eng except the Canadian work experience - Good for 12 months, can be renewed in special circumstances - Can be "converted" to a P.Eng after 12 months of Canadian work experience and expectation is that they will do so - Can be used to demonstrate to an engineering employer that the person is qualified to become a P.Eng in 12 months
