What are the three types of emails Bayer employees can send to customers via Outlook?
Logistical, Professional Relationship, and Transactional Emails.
Logistical - include scheduling face-to-face meetings or calls with customers or providing your contact information to customers for future communications
Professional Relationship - further a relationship but do not discuss Bayer products or promote any unbranded initiatives
Transactional - communications that facilitate an already agreed-upon transaction or updates a customer about an ongoing transaction
What is the average length of a legal hold?
No set average length
- A legal gold can last for many years. If you are ever doubtful of how long, it is best practice to check your My Legal Holds page.
How many HCPs should you have in attendance to conduct a lunch and learn?
At least 3 HCPs
- You can put in a business case for a lunch to be held with just 1 or 2 providers, like all business cases will need to be approved with Gary first.
If a customer/HCP replies to an email reporting or sharing any information about an adverse reaction or event for a Bayer product, the Bayer employee or contactor is responsible for relaying the information to who and in what time frame?
