Folder
A device with keys representing characters and functions, used for inputting text and commands into computers and electronic devices.
Keyboard
The action of preserving and storing a file on your device
Save
Vertical lines of cells in a spreadsheet (A, B, C, etc.)
Columns
Listed at the top of the document, consists of Home, Insert, Review, View, & etc.
Tabs
The screen or place that comes up once we have logged in to the computer
Desktop
The middle row of keys on a keyboard where fingers are initially placed during touch typing.
Home Row
A file created and edited using Microsoft Word, containing text, images, and other elements.
Document
Horizontal lines of cells in a spreadsheet (1, 2, 3, etc.)
Rows
A presentation of slides, containing content such as text, images, or multimedia, used for conveying information in a visual and organized manner.
Slideshow
A bar typically located at the bottom (Windows)
Taskbar
The position of the body, hands, and fingers while typing to promote comfort, reduce strain, and enhance efficiency.

Red Underline
The intersection of a row and a column in an Excel spreadsheet, where data can be entered and manipulated.
Cell
A single page or screen in a PowerPoint presentation where content, such as text, images, and multimedia, is displayed.
Slide
A device with keys representing characters used for inputting text into computers and electronic devices.
Keyboard
The precision with which a typist can press the correct keys without making errors, often measured as a percentage.
Accuracy
A display or conceal non-printing characters, such as paragraph marks, spaces, and formatting symbols
