If two angles are vertical, then they are congruent.
If two angles are supplementary, then their measures add up to 180°
If the measures of two angles add up to 180° then they are supplementary.

If a conditional statement is true, then its converse is also true.
The statement "If animal is a dog, then it is a mammal" is true. But its converse "If an animal is a mammal, then it is a dog" is NOT true.
