This commandment requires us to avoid misusing the Lord's name. It requires us to avoid profanity and to keep the Lord's name sacred and treat with reverence.
What is You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in Vain (II)?
Use your knowledge and wisdom to teach and guide another who lacks understanding of the Faith when practicing this Act of Mercy
What is To instruct the ignorant?
In this Act of Mercy, Christ encourages us to go out and meet those without homes, affirming their worth and helping them seek a resolution to the challenges they face
What is To shelter the homeless?
These are petitions that the congregation offers up. After each petition, the congregation responds, "Lord, hear our prayer."
What are the Intercessory prayers?
we express a sign of charity to one another after the Lords prayer
What is the Sign of Peace?
This commandment not only means not to commit this act physically, but also to avoid committing this even in our thoughts. It requires us remain pure.
What is you shall not commit adultery (VI)?
In humility and while avoiding judging, we are to be supportive in helping others find their way and correct their fall from grace when practicing this Act of Mercy
What is To admonish the sinner?
Those who are sick or old are often forgotten. We can practice this Act of Mercy by visiting a Nursing Home or spending time with an elderly neighbor or relative.
What is To visit the sick?
Aa liturgical chant, usually from the Psalms that is used before the proclamation of the Gospel.
What is the Alleluia?
The Liturgy of the Eucharist begins with this. As the Priest prepare the altar, representatives of the people bring forward the bread and wine that will become the Body and Blood of Christ
What is preparation of the Gifts?
When we first read this commandment, we often respond that we would never be guilty of this commandment. However, when we gossip, we break this command.
What is you shall not kill (V)?
When practicing this Act of Mercy, be open to listening and comforting those who are dealing with grief. Even if we aren't sure of the right words to say, our presence can make a big difference
What is To comfort the sorrowful?
Funerals give us the opportunity to grieve and show others support during difficult times. We show respect for the sacredness of life when practicing this Act of Mercy through our prayers and actions during these times while comforting those who mourn.
What is To bury the dead?
This is a type of prayer of song that is proclaimed between the first and 2nd readings

These Prayers are the heart of the Liturgy of the Eucharist. In this prayer, the Priest acts in the person of Christ as head of his body, the Church
What are the Eucharistic Prayers?
These 2 commandments instruct us not to covet (desire) your neighbors wife or anything that belongs to your neighbor.
What are commandments IX and X?
Jesus teaches us that we should forgive as God forgives, relying on him to help us show others the mercy of God when practicing this Act of Mercy.
What is To forgive all injuries?
We can practice this Act of Mercy when we minister to and spend time with those who are imprisoned in jails, but also those who may be imprisoned by poverty, unforgiveness, hopelessness or despair.
