When she looks like they have calmed down, talk about it and ask what's wrong. If they keeps giving you the silent treatment, then just find someone else to hangout with. Let them know you want to know what's wrong to try to fix it and that you're willing to talk about it with them when they are ready.

Talk about it with the "friend." Let them know it's not okay for them to be so mean to you in front of others and that this is crossing the line. Decide if it's worth trying to be friends with someone who is treating you like that. Think about what a real friend would do.
