What is our current script to clients that are asking about a status update on their CARES Rental Assistance Application?
We have no updates on rental applications at this time. Someone from Wayne Metro will contact you in regards to your application when they begin processing it via phone and email. There is no time frame for when that may be.
When can we place a hold on someones DTE account?
Once they have submitted a MEAP application with us.

When providing a client with a WRAP application, whether you do it for them or you provide it to them, what is the referral process?
You no longer send a referral through servicepoint.
Detroit clients are only protected from shut off after they have submitted their application and DWSD has accepted the list Wayne Metro sends to them. Out-Wayne does not protect from shut off ever.
If a client, having already completed the UCHC form, has waited a week and has not received a call still, what information can you provide to them?

How much assistance can we provide towards a client's SER copayment?
$3000 towards the copayment before DHS will make their payment. Entire co payment is due by the expiration date.
What is the most we can pay towards arrears through the WRAP program? How are these payments dispersed?
Up to $700. The first payment of $350 is applied 1-2 cycles after acceptance into WRAP. The second payment is applied once completed a full year of the program successfully. Not every city opted into this arrears assistance. There is no past due assistance in WRAPfinity for any city.

Where does a landlord submit an EDP application?
They dont. The tenant has to contact us and begin the process in order for the landlord to end up being contacted.

When completing an SER application for a client, you must add all "household members". Do you need to select "applying for SER" for just the client or for all the household members in that application?
Yes. Each household member that you add onto someones SER application needs to be selected as "applying for SER"
