What is the difference between the "My Dashboard" tab and the "Team Dashboard" tab?
The My Dashboard tab shows sites where you have requests assigned to you. The Team Dashboard shows sites you are a part of, but do not have requests assigned.
When creating a site, if you do not see a territory listed that you believe you should be able to see in the Territory drop down menu, what is the first thing to check?
Ensure the client is accessing the site through the correct Cluster for the territory they are wanting to access.
From the client: "There's so many engagements in this site! How do I view only my own?"

How do I modify a Third Party Access Role?
You can not. Third Party users are only allowed "Third Party - View Assignments Only" as an access role.
During the Roll Forward process, how can you change the draft request release due dates and request due dates?
In the Purge and RollForward Engagement questionnaire, select the setting "All draft request release due dates and request due dates and will be advanced by X days" and enter in the desired number of days.
How do you delete a Connect Site?
You must first Purge and Delete all engagements, then go to Site Admin > Site Details > Delete Site
What two places can you modify the engagements shown to you for this dashboard view?
1. In the grey "Filtered By" ribbon > Site Name > grey X to remove the engagement
2. The Filer menu > Site Name > Deselect the Engagement Name
An external client with "Client - View All Unrestricted Requests" can not view requests they believe they should be able to. What is the next piece of information you need to know about these requests to diagnose the issue?

Site Admin > Modules > Toggle "ON" up to three Custom Request fields > Type the field name > Save
If a site is on Document Preservation, will you still be able to purge and delete or rolle forward an Engagement?
No, the Purge & Delete and Purge & Roll Forward options will not be active when the site is under Document Preservation.
Out side of the Site Admin, how can you know if a site is on Document Preservation?
A blue banner will appear at the top of the Site landing page indicating the site us under Document Preservation.
