Put away all items that was on cart, spray Multi Surface cleaner (pink stuff) and wipe, spray with Q-san just before putting the cart away and DO NOT WIPE!

Push the button on the door HARD, or if that doesn't work, there is a switch you can flip to trigger the alarm outside the door

How do you calibrate a thermometer? What do you do if it doesn't come down to the correct temperature?

Make an ice water slurry and stick your thermometer in and wait for it to show the final temp. If it is not correct you need to twist the knut until it is at the correct temperature while in ice water

Fill the sanitize basin with Q-san (should be using cold water), grab a testing strip from the strip storage container above it, dip it in the solution for 8-10 seconds before comparing the color on the test strip range plate.
