YES! If there are already established boundaries and limits, nonverbal consent is also acceptable (though verbal consent is still very important!)

Asking for consent won't (at least, it shouldn't) kill the mood for anyone; Just asking a simple question is okay! ("How do you feel about doing...")

Can the person communicate clearly? / Is the person coherent? / Are they sober enough to understand the situation? / Will they regret the decision when sober? / etc.
