It created a weak government which gave power to the states

First, a bill must pass both houses of Congress by a majority vote. After it has passed out of Congress, it is sent along to the President. If the President signs the bill, it becomes law.

The Bill of Rights is the first 10 Amendments of the Constitution. It gives American’s their rights like freedom of speech, religion and press.

What is a responsibility expected from all members of a society? It follows the principle that citizens have an obligation to serve their society. In return, they receive certain rights and protections. An example of civic duty is jury duty.

Then he must win the primary and then the national convention and then he runs in the National election
Explain the difference between House of Representatives and Senate?
House of Representatives are elected every 2 years. All 435 seats are up for reelection every 2 years. It is popular vote. It is known as the lower house. To be eligible as a representative, a person needs to be at least 25 years old at the time of the election and have lived continuously in the U.S. for at least 7 years.
Senate elected every 6 years. There are 100 seats. They are voted on based on state 2 seats per state. To become a senator, one must be at least 30 years old at the time of the election and have lived continuously in the U.S. for at least 9 years. It is not a requirement to be a natural-born citizen in order to become a member of Congress.
Explain Electoral College process
The Electoral College process consists of the electors, the meeting of the electors where they vote for President and Vice President, and the counting of the electoral votes by Congress. The Electoral College consists of 538 electors. A majority of 270 electoral votes is required to elect the President. Your State has the same number of electors as it does Members in its Congressional delegation: one for each Member in the House of Representatives plus two Senators.

" We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings to liberty to ourselves and posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States.”
The Preamble is the introduction to the Constitution that states the goals and purposes of the government.
The people of the US are going to work together to get fairness, peace, a common form of military/ defense, increase happiness/wellbeing and have blessing to our freedom and long life by following laws of the Constitution.
