As of 1933, when the twentieth amendment was passed, this person, who in the case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, shall become President.
What is the Vice-President?
This delegate to the Constitution Convention was the only one to attend every meeting and took detailed notes of the various debates and discussions. His journal of the proceedings was sold to the government after his death for $30,000.
Who was James Madison?
Each state is assigned a number of these based on the number of senators and representatives the state has in Congress.

Whenever 2/3 of both houses of Congress shall deem it necessary, of by the legislatures of 2/3 of the states shall call a convention for proposing this.
What is an amendment to the Constitution? Article 5
In order for a soldier, in time of peace or in time of war, to be quartered in any house, these two requirements must be met.
