What is judicial review?
Our body of law is based on the Constitution. The Supreme Court reviews legal decisions or laws passed and reviews the Constitution and decides whether the decisions/laws are constitutional or if they go against something in the Constitution. If they go against the Constitution (are unconstitutional), the Supreme Court will reverse the decision or strike the law down.
