A product that does not meet the standard requirements. It is sometimes labeled irregular and may contain minor flaws or imperfections.

A written or verbal agreement to rent a property for a monthly fee. Terminates with 30 day notice.

May require the consumer to pay labor fees or handling charges and shipping

A tenant who does not live up to the agreed upon terms of the lease.

A brand owned by a particular store or chain of stores

Non-profit organization the provides consumers with information about a company’s consumer complaint record.
What is the Better Business Bureau?
Allows another person to move in and fulfill the Tenant’s part of the lease if original tenant must move out before the end of the lease period.
