What are the internet outage procedures for Non-Commutable Distance and Commutable Distance Employees?

1. When extreme weather conditions and emergencies are not a factor, employees should use their best judgment and consider alternative options for where to work until internet or power is restored. 

b. If the internet/power outage is less than an hour, employees will be expected to make up the time throughout the week. For anything longer than an hour, employees will be expected to travel into the office (if you live within commutable distance) or make other arrangements, such as working at a place that offers wifi or taking paid time off.

c. Employees are encouraged to keep communication channels open with their supervisors and colleagues, updating them on the progress of resolving the outage and any alternative arrangements made.

However, unused codes do not expire and can be saved for later use, or can be used for another provider as subscription codes are not provider specific.
