When does speaking about the company & confirming the company name to a candidate start?
The pre-screen call. We want to make sure we're selling the role from the initial call and throughout the process reminding the candidate why they are looking to leave the current role so counter offers won't be an issue.
What are questions that should be asked on every single prescreen call?

Why is is important to do your best to move a candidate through the process as quick as possible?
Prompt feedback and quickly scheduled interviews help job-seekers feel like a company is truly interested in their candidacy. On the opposite side, your candidates can feel valued that you’re taking care of then the best you can and you earn their trust by showing them that respect. Also, if they have counter offers/ other interviews going on it can be helpful as it's time sensitive.
