Fill out the production order form. Let them know if it will be fixed within one week or an extended period of time. If it is an extended period of time let the team know to put the items back into stock.

TSS must double check in the tax section that the "tax" box is checked. After checking the box, the correct tax percentage needs to be added according to where the order is shipping.
