Three reservations can be made per week per troop, reservations open every Sunday starting February 5th.

Are Adventure Points cumulative?
No, girls get a specific number of points that they can use. They do not get an item from each level. For example, a girl that earns 13 Adventure Points could get 1 13 point item, 2 5 point items and a 3 point item, 13 1 point items, etc.
If a customer wants to write a check for cookies - who do they make it out to?
The troop or Girl Scouts of WI Badgerland, they should NOT make it out to an individual girl or family.

When will troops receive initial orders?
Cookies come in the week of February 27th and PSL's will schedule pick ups with troops.
Where will this years philanthropy donations go?
They will support dophins living at the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago.
Can a girl advertise cookies on her personal social media pages?
Only if she is 13 years or older
Can troops purchase Raspberry Rally's online to then have on hand to sell in person?
NO, they should not be doing this. We technically cannot stop them, but they will not be making a profit off these cookies by buying them from the baker and they will waste troop funds on shipping. It will also create confusion if the message we are sending is that they are only available online and then customers see girls selling them in person.
Are troops required to enter in their troop secured booths in ABC Smart Cookies?
This is not a requirement, but a big benefit for troops to enter their booth as it will shop up when potential customers use the Cookie Finder. It also helps us review the booth first to make sure it is at an appropriate location.
What are the three ACH Withdrawal dates for 2023?

What does PGSA stand for?
Per Girl Selling Average, this is calculated ONLY by girls in the troop that actually have sales. If girls in the troop are not participating in the cookie sale - they will not effect the Per Girl Selling Average for the troop.
Who are the four key players for a successful cookie sale?
Service Unit Product Managers, Troop Cookie Coordinators, Parents/Guardians, and girls. All must work together to have a successful 2023 sale!
A troop wants to set up a booth at their local bar and grill, is this allowed?
If the restaurant section is separate from the bar and the booth can be set up in that location this is allowed. If they are combined/girls will be in the bar area this is not an appropriate booth location.
