Curled into your palm, using your knuckles to hold what you're cutting.

When do we put ingredients away?
When all heat devices are turned off and we are finished making food, But BEFORE we eat
When and why do you say Sharp behind or Hot behind?
When? If you are behind or passing someone with something sharp or hot
Why? To warn them, preventing accidents.
In the sink where they should be washed as soon as possible!!!
What do we do with empty containers?
Rinse out completely and recycle!
How do I hold a knife when I'm walking.
Pointing down close to your side. Make sure you walk careful and calmly. Also still warn people that you have a sharp object!
Get water and soap soaking in it or scrub it right away!
When we leave at the end of the day what should the kitchen look like?
Lights off, No dishes or ingredients left out, clean surfaces and floors.
