Rx Lasix 20mg itab po od am x 30 days. Pt wt. qod hs. Monitor I/O c DAT. Bp BID am/hs. D/C od wt., Tyl. Rx ASA 325mg iitabs po TID x 14 days, then itab 325mg po QID x 7 days, then stop. LFTs, urine C&S, CXR and CBC.
What is Lasix 20mg one tablet by mouth once a day in the morning for one month. Obtain patient weight every other day at bedtime. Note input and output with diet as tolerated by patient. Assess blood pressure twice a day in the morning and bedtime. Stop weighing client everyday and stop the order for Tylenol. Aspirin 325mg two tablets by mouth for 2 weeks then change the order to one 325mg tablet for one week then stop. Order liver function tests, a urine sample for culture and sensitivity, get a chest xray and a complete blood count.
