What is better Solution-Focused or Emotion-Focused Coping? Why?

They are equally as good, and there is benefits to both. Solving a problem can have a long-term benefits. For example being socially-anxious and then developing social confidence. While emotion focused coping is helpful when problems are harder to solve, or short term solutions are needed. Like Traffic

The purpose of anxiety is to warn us of a threat and motivate us to deal with the potential danger. Give an example of a healthy way to use anxiety. 

I am anxious about a test because if don't pass math my mom will take away my phone all summer. I deal with the danger by studying, and getting a good night's sleep before the test.

If we can't see our strengths, we will engage in negative self-talk, which can hide our strengths.

Healthy coping is an coping that brings us closer to the lifestyle we consider successful.
