Take my time, do one thing at a time. Make a list of what I need to do. Ask for help.

Ask for help. Tell teacher I don't understand. Taking a break from the assignment. Getting up and coming back to it. Doing as much as I can. Telling myself its ok that I don't understand.

Turn off alarm, brush teeth, brush hair, get dressed, and get my backpack.
What do I like about dancing?
I get to dance for the Virgin Mary and I get to be around people.

Ask them to leave me alone. I could walk away. Taking some deep breaths.

Comfort myself. The 5 senses grounding. Counting to 10 slowly. Balloon breathing. Getting up and moving around.

Take deep breaths, positive self talk, stretch and move my body, talk to someone about how I feel.

Take deep breaths, and think about how it will be ok.

I like to cook and bake, and I like doing art.
