What are the 3 P's and how are they used?
Predict, Practice, Plan B. They are used to predict what might happen, to identify a coping skills that would be helpful, and then to practice the skill so you know how to use it.
Why is it important to learn what your triggers are?
So that we can plan ahead and know when we need to use our coping skills.
