The method we use to lead our core group
What is facilitation?
This is a good way for class members to get to know each other once a month
What is fellowship time?
A substitute core leader should be prepared to do this with short notice
What is substitute in any core group?
The geographic area the CBS strives to bring together for Bible study

Core leaders should do this at least a day in advance and include any other meeting information

Core leaders should resist doing these two things so that participants will not feel pressured or intimidated

Phone calls, emails, text messages, notes and face-to-face visits are methods for this

The substitute should initiate this to provide information after the meeting is finished

These three "C" words describe the goal for every person in CBS
What are comfortable, confident and cared for?
Core leaders should encourage their ladies to do this to decrease background sounds

The two things the core leader does to begin the lesson each week

Building this with each lady involves personal sacrifice and is time consuming, sometimes without visible results
