This clot-busting drug must be given within 3 hours of onset of stroke symptoms and no later than 4.5 hours.
What is tPA?
These have to be collected from 2 separate sites prior to antibiotics being given. (3 hour time frame for PNA and Sepsis).

Blood Cultures must be collected within how many hours from previous blood cultures for pts with an infection or suspected infection.

For both CP and Stroke patients (CVA v/s TIA), an ASA has to be given w/n this amount of time.
