BC- 16 or older without permission, 14 & 15 with parent consent. Alberta- 15 and older without permission, 13 &14 with parent consent. Ontario- 14 years of age. All provinces require those 17 and under to not be employed during school hours. This leaves summer, weekend and evening jobs.

Generally a natural smile is best for meeting someone new in a professional setting.  It shouldn't look forced or non-committal.  It is best to practice facial expressions with a trusted family member or friend to make sure you are communicating what you want to.

What is mirroring? What purpose does it serve?  If you cannot see your interviewer how can you utilize mirroring?

Mirroring is mimicking the  movements, facial expressions or vocal characteristics of a speaker in order to create an unconscious connection.  We do it to create a positive connection.  Humans tend to respond best to others who are like them.  If an interviewee cannot see a speaker they can copy intonation and language style.
