What is the methodology used for the appraisal process?

Bell curve is the methodology used for assessing the performance. Consider it as a grading system that ensures that we recognize the high performers, identify the areas for improvement, and support everyone’s growth. Employee performance over the entire year is thoroughly reviewed. In this process, employees falling under the Appraisal cycle will be considered.
