Finish what I am doing, stand up, and push in my chair.
What should I do when the Counselor calls my table to line up?
Stand up for the person, report to an adult if it doesn't stop.
What should you do if you see someone being bullied?

How fast do we travel in the hallway?
I use my walking feet and walk to my assigned spot on the carpet or at the tables.
How should I travel to my assigned spot in the classroom?
Raise your hand for permission to leave your seat.
What is Rule #3?
Cut in line, shove other people, talk loudly.
What is something I should NOT do when lining up?
Ask them to join your group and include them in your activity.
What do you do if you see someone being left out of a game or does not have a partner?
Walking backwards, touching the person in front of you, talking loudly, and hands on the wall.
What are 4 ways you should NOT do when walking down the hall?
I must go back out into the hall and try again using the correct expectations.
What will I have to do if I come into the room with a loud voice, do a cartwheel, and slide on the carpet?
Make smart choices.
What is Rule #4?
I must walk with the Counselor or teacher and not with my class.
If I am not able to line up following the expectations I will have to do this....
Look at the person, listen to what they are saying, do not interrupt, and use an appropriate response.
What should you do if someone else is speaking?
You should set a good example and be a good role model but following the hallway expectations.
What should you do when you are in hallway and you see younger students watching you?
To keep everyone safe from harm and so that everyone has an equal opportunity to learn and have fun.
Why must we follow rules and expectations at school?
Keep your Dear Counselor happy.

We will have to practice until we get it correct!
What will happen if we do not line up correctly in Counseling?
Look at the person, use a pleasant voice, Say, "I understand how you feel." Tell why you feel differently, give a reason, listen to the other person.
