You aren’t at fault for this loss and are concerned as to why you have to pay. While Allstate see’s that you are not at fault for this claim, your deductible is the portion of your policy that you agree to pay upon completion of repairs regardless of fault. Once payment has been issued, we will attempt to pursue the other party for your deductible along with any money paid by Allstate. If we are successful in our recovery efforts, we will reimburse you your deductible.
