Degree Audit
A website (or book) that lists classes according to a specific semester that provides additional information such as teacher, class time/schedule, number of credits, prerequisites, general course description, and degree requirement satisfaction.

Who is a College Possible Coach?
This is an optional class that a student may take because of interest in the subject or the need to increase their credit load.

The section where you update a students account after they complete a key action towards their persistence
What is Milestone?
A place to go for targeted career advise, resume assistance, professional development, and networking
Where is Career Services?
This is an additional hands-on class period that is outside of the regularly schedule class; students must register for this when they register for a class that requires it
What is a Lab?
Having these on your student account can keep you from registering for classes, requesting transcripts, making additional charges to your account, or receiving financial aid.
What is Hold?
The coaching type when coaches reach out to students regarding Strong Start Pt.2, Plan for Graduation, Create a Transfer Timeline, and/or Post Associate Goals.
What is Guided 1:1?
This is the office on campus that oversees class registration. It can help you check your grades, change majors and transfer classes. It can help you add/drop a class and is the place to visit when you need a transcript.
What is Registers/Bursar's Office?
For this class you will not receive a letter grade on your transcript but will receive credit for that class as long as you pass. Most classes taken for your major cannot be taken this way.
This is a number that a professor or your class instructor gives you in order to enter a course that is already full. Not all schools have this; you may instead need to get a drop/add slip from your registrar and have the professor sign it.
